Coronavirus and the SG programs until November 2020

Last verified: Thursday 1 October 2020 at 14:00 hrs.

Studium Generale follows the TU/e policy regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), which is based on RIVM guidelines. In relation to the recent developments, it has been decided that, until further notice, our programs will be offered online as much as possible. However, there are a few exceptions.

Until November 2020 this means that:

  • All planned lectures will only be shown online via live streams on our Facebook page and YouTube channel. People who already have a reservation for a seat at the venue will receive an email about this.
  • The films in Filmhuis De Zwarte Doos can be shown to a limited group of people. It is mandatory to buy your ticket(s) online in advance. Due to the mandatory catering closing time of 22.00 hours, the film "House of Hummingbird" on 19, 20 and 21 October will start at 19.30 hours.

SG & USE registration
It remains possible, after following an entire live streamed program that bears the USE label, to register for USE via an online registration form that we will provide during the live stream. More information about the SG & USE regulation and the conditions can be read on the USE page on this website.

TU/e policy regarding the coronavirus
The up to date information on the TU/e policy regarding the corona measures can be found on the TU/e website.
