- Right of withdrawal: no more refunds
If you buy a paid ticket from us for a program (e.g. movie) it is not possible to get a refund or exchange the ticket for another day or another program. We do not make any exceptions to this. Perhaps someone else can take over your ticket if you cannot attend. Read more about the right of withdrawal here.
- Privacy statement: Who knows what about you and for how long?
The privacy statement tells you what information we ask from you, why, who has access to it and how long we keep it. We encourage to read this privacy statement to understand how we handle your data.
- Cookie Statement
A cookie is a simple small file sent along with pages from this website and stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. The information stored therein can be sent back to our servers during your next visit. We use these cookies to gain insight into website traffic via Google analytics.
