Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets purchased for a performance or event with a specific date and/or time as stated in article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets purchased for events and performances of Studium Generale. Hence, it is not possible to exchange your purchased tickets or cancel the sale.
An exception to the cancellation right is when someone has registered for a workshop and has cancelled its participation three weeks prior to the start of a workshop via email to: studium.generale@tue.nl. Please check our workshop rules.
