Experience the profound impact of Chopin’s Heroic Polonaise and Bach’s Prelude and Fugue in C sharp as they are masterfully explored during a public masterclass led by renowned pianist Bart van de Roer.

Discover one of TU/e’s best-kept secrets—a community of exceptionally skilled pianists., who study piano arduously besides their study obligations. Many of them are (piano)member of ESMG Quadrivium, the student music association for classical music in Eindhoven. Among them is PhD candidate Xueying Guan, who seeks guidance on enhancing her articulation of the Prelude in C-sharp from Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier. Joining her is Pepijn Verdurmen, a computer science student, aiming to refine his interpretation of Chopin’s formidable Polonaise Opus 53.
