The demand for drones is growing rapidly. Leading consumer drone manufacturer DJI shows how drones are revolutionizing industries such as film, search and rescue, agriculture and more.

It took 100 years for about 320,000 regular aircrafts to be registered with U.S. officials. It took only 8 months for consumer and commercial drones to surpass this number and reach 500,000. These numbers from the Federal Aviation Authority (U.S.) illustrate the impressive growth of the drone industry. The applications for consumer drones are constantly expanding: from recreational photography to plant counting, leakage monitoring, damage evaluation, surveying and mapping, search and rescue, TV broadcasting and many more. Tautvydas Juskauskas from DJI, the world’s leading consumer drone manufacturer, illustrates what is and what will be possible in the world of consumer drones.

Tautvydas Juskauskas is Public Business Development Manager at DJI Europe. DJI is one of the world’s largest consumer drone manufacturers. They are behind a wide range of technological applications, amongst others a stabilization system to enhance image capture and motion. Their focus is on transforming complex technology into easy-to-use tools.
