In 1979, James Baldwin wrote a letter to his literary agent describing his next project, ‘Remember This House’: a radical narration about race in America, through the lives and assassinations of three of his friends: Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers and Malcolm X.

Raoul Peck envisions the book James Baldwin never finished, using only the writers’ original words.
