The new program will be available online from August 14

Summer is just around the corner, which means Studium Generale is taking a seasonal break. Our program is on pause until September 2, but we'll be back afterward with a brand-new season full of inspiration, fresh perspectives, and meaningful encounters.

Starting in September, you can once again enjoy inspiring lectures, thought-provoking films, surprising theater performances, atmospheric concerts, and interactive workshops. And there’s even more to look forward to: in October, we will once again host the impressive World Press Photo Exhibition 2026 on our campus.

Good to know: our new program will be available online starting August 14. Be sure to mark the date in your calendar!

Explore past programs whenever you like
You don’t have to miss Studium Generale during the summer. Over the past year, we recorded a number of lectures, including How to Stay Focused, especially useful during exam season, The Quantum Computer Revolution, and Guide in Complex Times by theater maker Lucas De Man.

In the On Demand section of our website, you’ll find 85 recorded programs from previous years. The perfect way to stay inspired and curious throughout the summer.

We wish you a relaxing, inspiring, and enjoyable summer. Soak up the sunshine, recharge, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Studium Generale from September 2 onward.
