Glitter, glamour, intrigue and ultimately murder. House of Gucci and its all-star cast, including Lady Gaga, is the best escape from your exam stress!
Language: English – subtitles: Dutch
When Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga), an outsider from humble beginnings, marries into the Gucci family, her unbridled ambition begins to unravel their legacy and triggers a reckless spiral of betrayal, decadence and revenge.
House of Gucci is inspired by the shocking true story of the family empire behind the Italian fashion house of Gucci. Spanning three decades, we see what a name means, what it’s worth, and how far a family will go for control.
Famous director Ridley Scott (Blade Runner, The Martian, Alien, Gladiator and so on) got the idea for the film from his wife more than 20 years ago. Now he has gathered an all-star cast -- Adam Driver, Lady Gaga, Jeremy Irons, Al Pacino, Jared Leto and Salma Hayek -- to bring this tale to life. In this film, we get to see how the other half lives – including great and slightly less great fashion, luxury houses, fast cars and expensive watches.
