In this creative workshop you’ll transform a piece of art into a phone or laptop cover. The artworks come Onterfd Goed in Eindhoven. These original pieces can no longer be restored, but they don’t have to disappear in storage. With the donor's permission, they get a second life…in your hands.

Museums don’t just collect art, they also sometimes remove objects from their collections. This process, known as deaccessioning, happens when an object no longer fits the collection, when there are duplicates, or when it can be better cared for elsewhere.
Onterfd Goed gives these artworks a second home. With more than 2,000 authentic works from museum collections, municipal collections, and artists' estates, they exhibit, sell, and upcycle art, making it accessible to everyone. As a non-profit organization, they also organize exhibitions and workshops that encourage people to discover art in new and unexpected ways.

This workshop is open exclusively to students, PhDs and EngDs. Before you reserve a spot, please check the rules for workshops and only reserve a spot if you are certain you can attend.
