Yess Jazz : Jungle by Night & Obenewa sold out

Yes, for the 5th time we’re presenting Yess Jazz: the jazz evening that transforms jazz from ‘boring’ to ‘sexy’! In past years you were able to enjoy acts like Tawiah, Robert Mitchell 3io and Soil & Pimp Sessions, and now it’s time for some more new discoveries.

From London there’s jewel Obenewa: a jazzy singer/songwriter lady with honest lyrics and a musical voice and fingers.  
While from Amsterdam there’s the nine-man musical monster Jungle By Night. Where most young bands take their inspiration from the UK or US, they just go for Nigerian Afrobeat and Ethiopian Jazz. They made an appearance last summer at both the North Sea Jazz and Lowlands festivals.
