Kersvers: J-Rocc and Koppersnellers sold out

Kersvers already brought you house and soul from Londoner Ben Westbeech and the New York hip-hop of Pharaohe Monch
This time there’s something new from Brabant and Los Angeles.
The Koppersnellers  are a new-generation Brass Band with the heartbeat of New Orleans. It’s a fanfare with rough and funky trumpet and drum sounds, in the style of The Rebirth Brass Band  and Hot8 Brass Band

From L.A. there’s J-Rocc , one of the founders of the turntable crew The Beat Junkies, the regular DJ at Madlib and J Dilla, and also performing as solo artist on the famous Stones Throw label. Think hip-hop, but eclectic to the max: jazz, soul, funk, hip-hop and experimental. J Rocc will show you some cold rock stuff!

Whether it’s with hip-hop scratch skills in Japan  , in Korea with Michael Jackson , or in New York with James Brown : J Rocc IS gonna rock you!
