The distinguished director Denis Villeneuve continues his adaptation of Frank Herbert's famous book "Dune" (1965) in "Dune: Part Two," this time with an even larger international star-studded cast.
In this spectacular second part of the adaptation of Frank Herbert's bestseller, the legendary journey of Paul Atreides continues, in the company of Chani and the Fremen, as he seeks revenge against those who caused the downfall of his family.
Paul will have to choose between the love of his life and the fate of the universe to prevent the dreadful future he alone has foreseen.
Once again, the music is composed by the Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer. Dune: Part Two was filmed on location in Budapest, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, and Italy.
This film is recommended by the Film Committee because it is an epic, highly rated, character-driven movie. Throughout its (arguably) long run time, it grabs you and doesn’t let go! The gripping fantasy and impeccable world building are truly captivating. Incredible cinematics combined with a great story, this is definitely worthy of being a sequel to an already amazing film.
