On March 8, 2023, Studium Generale TU/e brought the best of Dutch spoken word to TU/e. Spoken word artists Mahat Arab, BekVegter, Tessa Gabriels, Lev Avitan, en singer- songwriter Bahghi of Mensen Zeggen Dingen took over Filmhuis De Zwarte Doos with their apt words and beautiful songs.
Pens and tongues were sharpened. We look back with admiration on an evening full of poetry, poetry slam, prose, punchlines and beautiful music.
Mensen Zeggen Dingen is a platform for poetry and performance, a caravan of young people who wield the pen and the microphone! They bring the most talked-about speakers to different locations in the Netherlands and Belgium for the spoken word spectacle.
