What an incredible setting: instead of sitting in front of the Philzuid orchestra, the audience was seated right in the middle of it. Music coming from every direction, musicians just a few feet away, and every detail up close, both heard and seen. Before the concert, neurobiologist Brankele Frank talked about stress, overstimulation, and how to create more calm in your mind. Then it was time to simply listen and experience.
