A warm thank you for a year of curiosity

As 2025 comes to a close, we at Studium Generale want to say a warm thank you for being part of a year filled with new perspectives, good conversations, and cultural highlights.

This year brought plenty of moments worth remembering. Across ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฌ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐˜€, we explored ideas big and small: from the interactive intro week experience Emojiii to hosting the renowned World Press Photo Exhibition, bringing powerful stories that matter to our campus, alongside sold-out workshops and thought-provoking lectures covering everything from sex anatomy to the quantum computer revolution, and everything in between.

We also said goodbye to Lucas, our department head, and welcomed Olga, who brings fresh energy and new ideas to SG. And yes, we even launched a brand-new SG Mini Library on campus (come check it out at Auditorium 2.02): a cozy spot where you can take, borrow, or bring great books.

Every program came to life because you showed up, asking questions, joining the conversation, and sharing feedback that helps us shape even better programs.

Now itโ€™s time to pause, recharge, and enjoy the holidays.
Weโ€™ll be offline for a short winter break, but on January 5th we'll be back again.

Wishing you relaxing holidays and a great start of the new year.
