Set your brain in motion sold out

André de Jong and Drs. Mariëlle van Rijsbergen
Wednesday, December 14 2016, 12:40 PM - 1:35 PM (sold out)
Blauwe Zaal Auditorium

Treat your brain to a thorough ‘work out’ with the Ronnie Gardiner Method, using movement, music and rhythm to excite all your senses!

The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM) was developed by jazz drummer Ronnie Gardiner, originally to help people with diseases and injuries of the brain and the central nervous system. The method is designed to stimulate neuroplasticity: the ability of the brain to form new neural networks. By activating your visual, auditory, kinetic and tactile senses simultaneously, many parts of your brain are activated and cooperation between the left and right hemisphere is stimulated. Of course, at the same time it’s also a lot of fun.

Mariëlle van Rijsbergen and André de Jong of RGM Nederland will explain the background of the method and set your brain to work with exercises  to experience the effects for yourself!
