The Psychology of Everyday Decision Making

The process of everyday decision making is less rational than we might think, but not necessarily bad. Emotions are a reflection of our concerns and our appraisal of the situation and as such they help us to make satisfactory decisions.

Prof. dr. Marcel Zeelenberg (Tilburg University) explains how feelings and emotions inform us about the choices that we made and are about to make.
