Being busy is our default: work, study, career, friends and family. Through our mobile devices we are always connected with everyone else. The number of burnouts increases. Experts discuss with the audience how to cope with performance stress and technostress.

Mr.drs. Jan Louis Burggraaf is one of the most distinguished lawyers in the Netherlands. He was involved in almost all major corporate mergers of last ten years. Prof.dr. Willem van Rhenen is professor Engagement & Productivity (Nyenrode Business University) and expert at reducing the perception of stress and extreme workload. Mr. Jacqueline Zuidweg was awarded Business Woman of the Year 2012. She is the founder and director of the company Zuidweg & Partners which is in the domain of debt counseling for Dutch enterprises.They will speak on how to handle stress from their professional and personal experience and their conviction.

The discussion will be moderated by the writer, reporter and radio & tv host Filemon Wesselink.
