In the academic year 2020/21 we will start an adjusted programming that meets the current RIVM corona measures. This means that you will be able to attend some programs on campus, watch others only via livestream and in many cases we offer both options. From September onwards you can also register again for SG & USE (with programs that carry the USE label). But what does this all practically mean?
Attending a program on campus
When a program takes place on campus, there will only be room for a limited group of visitors because of the current RIVM corona measures. Making a reservation via the website (black "order" button on the relevant program page) is therefore mandatory if you wish to attend the program at the venue on campus.
Viewing programmes via livestream
When a program is (also) streamed live online, you can watch it on our Facebook page and YouTube channel. Follow us on Facebook or subscribe to our YouTube channel to receive a notification when we go live. You do not need to reserve a ticket to view the livestream.
SG & USE registration
There are two options for SG & USE registration with programs that carry the USE label:
- Attend program on campus: please register your participation on the spot when attending the program on campus, by scanning your student card before the start of the program at the venue.
- Online after the livestream: you can only register for SG&USE if you watch the program live (so not watching it at a later time) and if you complete an online SG&USE registration form within five minutes after the end of the program. This form will be provided immediately after the livestream.
Keep your student ID number at hand, because you'll need to fill it out in the form.
Please make sure your registration is done properly, otherwise we cannot verify that you were present.
More info about SG & USE can be found here.
